Secularism/Selectivism

 

Indian constitution in its preamble nowhere talks of secularism. By definition word means state has no religion and is equidistant from all religions. But in Indian context secularism did not mean to be away from religion. Hence word secularism was not deliberately put by Nehru in preamble to suite his political interests. It was not to be there, otherwise how could Indian courts recognize Sharia based laws? How could GOI take over management of Hindu shrines but spare take over management of Muslim shrines /Church? How could Centre/ states finance Madrassas, pay for maintenance of Jamia Masjid , Delhi? How could state give caste based reservation, minority benefits to Muslim majority zones.? See 2% Lakshadweep Hindus are majority and 97%Muslims are called minority. Nagaland 90% Christians are called minority but 8% Hindus are majority. In Mizoram 3% Hindus are considered majority. Hindus are minority in 8 states but fruits of minority are reaped by Muslims and Christians in these states.  This is the type of secularism Nehru and his dynasty adopted in our country.

                  India did not practice true secularism but a selective version of it,  which I call Selectvism. Word secularism and socialism were added in constitution by Indra Gandhi in 1975 to consolidate Muslim votes. Nehru passed four Hindu code bills but did not touch Muslim personal law. Article 30 , 29 of constitution just provided protection to minorities but Nehru and co manipulated these articles to let Muslims propagate their religion  and also run their religious institutions. Hindus were forbidden to propagate their religion and run their institutions. Even management of Hindu shrines was taken over by Govt. This is the type of secularism we are having in this country.  Nehru gave Iftyar parties every year to please Muslims but refused to join celebrations of SOM Nath Temple as he felt his secularism will be hurt. Even asking for vote from Imam is secular but appealing for vote from Hindu is communal in our country now a days .Even judiciary is now and then interfering in Hindu beliefs but does not entertain any such complaints about other religions. See the case of Babri masjid. Courts were debating it as land dispute. Courts put Hindu Astha on sidelines. When Muslims acknowledge that masjid is just a prayer place and can be relocated, why did not they offer to relocate masjid? Muslims even tell us construction of Masjid at Temple site is unislamic. Where did this principle go in Babri case? Whole exercise by courts / Muslims was to tell us that they damn care about our Astha. I want to ask courts/Muslims, did Babur pay to management of Ram temple before demolition to make it land title case for Muslims of today?  Babri dispute case was a hoax played by Muslims and congress party to degrade Hindu faith and beliefs. This is classical example of Nehruian secularism.  This type of secularism is supported by our leftist press as they want India to break again.

    Hindu society as on today seems to be in frozen grief even in independent India. This grief started with arrival of Muslims in India and is continuing till now. For Hindus in India building of temple at AYODHYA means injustice of centuries has come to end.  Truth needs to be told which means acknowledging past. This has not been allowed in India till today. India’s secularism stands due to Hindu Ethos. We are now tired of proving regularly that we are secular. It is Muslims who have to prove their loyalty to nation and constitution. Muslims telling “Hindus” are intolerant and fanatic is joke of millennia. If you want true secularism in India you have got to preserve Hindu Ethos first. Our constitution needs some amendments, secularism needs to be redefined. True secularism means no favors to any religion. If I am not questioning your faith, you have no business to question my faith? Whether my faith is Mythological or historical is none of your business. Hindus need to assert their view point and faith. Our constitution says faith cannot be questioned. Why then our intellectuals, Judiciary, religious peers probing our faith?We Hindus are deprived of many constitutional  rights. We need to fight for our rights and force Govt not to interfere in our religious practice. Hindus need to come out of stigma of oppressed people. We need to take pride in our faith and values which we have inherited. We seem to have become second class citizens in our own country.  It is a matter of concern , need to come out of slumber.

Countries around globe are valued according to their economic strength, military power and values they cherish. China perceives India weak both militarily and economically. It also sees India politically not cohesive and inheriting a weak judicial system. Keeping this in mind they mounted attack in LADAKH despite facing economic meltdown. Whole idea was to brow beat India physically and psychologically. Within India we see opposition who have utter hatred for Modi practicing untouchability and encouraging divisive forces. When a Hindu talks about nation or Hinduism he is immediately labelled Fascist. When a muslim talks about his religion and loyalty to Ummah and not nation , he is labelled as True Muslim by our leftist media. Secularism in India means ---“Bashing of Hindus and its culture”. Following points will highlight this divisive and hateful approach towards Hindus and country.

1.       In Calicut University “Come September”, a lecture delivered by Arundati ROY in 2002 is being included in syllabus of BA course. In this book author talks about liberation of Kashmir . The article is critical of Indian army, talks about oppression of Kashmiri muslim, support to people like Guru and separatist elements. Even anti terror measures by GOI are criticized. Not a word in whole lecture about ethnic cleansing of valley.Our free press is mum.

2.       .Boomi Pujan at AYODHYA is being opposed. Leftist and Congress call it damaging to secular fabric of India. Even telecast of event by DD is being opposed on same pretext—“--damage to secularism”. One wants to ask why was n’t secularism hit when DD telecast centenary ceremony of Deoband , inaugurated by Indra Gandhi ? DD telecast of POPE VISIT IN 1999 ,2002 HAJ ,2014 Bodi sattva festival , canonization of TERESA in2016 , Kartarpur corridor opening in 2018 are other examples of DD live telecast of religious events. This clearly shows LEFT and congress have utter disregard for Hindu Astha.

3.       CCA and NRC controversy--. It is parliamentary committee headed by Pranab Mukerjee which recommended its implementation when UPA govt was in power. Kapil Sibal was this committee’s one of the members. Yet same Kapil opposed NRC , CCA in Raja Sabha when NDA in

      power.  Delhi riots were organized to oppose CCA. Whole idea to polarize country against Modi.

4.       There is a open support to separatist elements in JNU , AMU , MALDA,Jamia all in name of freedom of speech. Nowhere constitution tells that antinational activists should have free ride. In this our media also supports these elements for personal reasons. When a Imam calls muslims to block road in Assam to cut off NEast from India , no media or politician dears to challenge this Imam. When Shaheen bagh blockade continued despite SC order to shift venue ,no one talked about contempt of court? NO one among party or media explained to masses that CCA gives citizenship , does not take away. Idea was to malign the govt and create wedge between ruling party and MUSLIMS.

5.       .Even after 70 years of independence country does not know who belongs to majority and who is a minority. Our constitution is also vague on this.Net result muslims and Christians where in majority in number enjoy fruits of minority. Kashmiri pundit , a minority in valley has never been given benefit of minority. It is Kashmiri muslim constituting 99% of population who reaps fruits of minority in JK . What could be more bizarre than this interpretation of law?  Ironically no one in press talks about this anomaly.

6.        OUR Judiciary believes in activisim. It believes in ABRAHIMIC morality and Macaulyean rules. It is ready to interfere in Hindu religious matters but does not entertain any complaint about other religions. It has least respect for traditional and local values.

7.       All nonhindus can propagate their religion and even their institutions but not Hindus. Hindu shrines are under govt control but not muslim shrines nor Christian churches and their assets. All hurdles are put in when a temple is to be built but no hurdles for mosque or church.

8.       . We still teach wrong and distorted history to our children . We eulogize invaders/ marauders in our text books. Proudly say who built Taj , Qutab minar but erase lines in history where it is written who destroyed Som nath Temple and Ram temple at Ayodhya etc. Over 4000 temples were destroyed by Moghuls in their rule but we only talk about Babri masjid demolition. Babri had seized to be mosque long back as no one prayed there. It was just a structure,  yet we made a big issue out of it for 70 years. Aryan invasion is still taught  when no such invasion occurred. It is a British legacy which we still carry forward in independent India.

Congress man Digvijya called Zakir Naik –a peace lover, even inaugurated a book which blamed RSS for Mumbai blasts . No one in press or congress questioned Digvijya. Reason, to remain in good books of muslims.

9.       NEXUS between Bollywood, ISI and Pakistan has been exposed and our politicians are busy to defend them. This trio is financing terrorist organizations, unrest in JNU and funding other divisive forces to destabilize country.

Conclusion:--

       There is a systematic attempt being made to destabilize India. Constitution does not offer incentives to minorities but just protection of their rights, yet day in and out we are offering concession after concession to minorities [muslims]. This appeasement is going to harm country in long run. If India has to survive it has to be cohesive, economically and militarily strong! All divisive forces irrespective of their religion need to be booked and punished. Constitution needs some amendments and judiciary some reforms. Secularism needs to be redefined—“I love you , you don’t love me is not secularism but authoritarianism.” We have collectively to act to save India. India is bound to break if we don’t act against divisive forces now. Freedom of speech does not mean you get away with anything you say ,be it antinational. We tolerate too much of nonsense in the name of democracy. GOVT of day has to act and not hide behind the curtain of judiciary.

We see western media reporting regularly,

        “Rise of extremist Hinduism in India under Modi rule”.

Then we see reports from Muslim world talking of Muslim genocide in India. This is despite the fact that Indian Muslim enjoys full benefits of democracy and freedom of religion. A reasonable query arises why West and Muslim world against India? India not only has been cradle of human civilization but has contributed a lot in science and Math to world. India’s contribution to world in unparalleled, yet finds itself in foot notes of human history. Why is India’s contribution ignored? One needs to go deeper on this:--

Western world:--

            Western world proclaims that all that which is in this world is due to them. Not only they take credit for development in this world but want to get royalty for same. This is despite the fact that origin of science and math is from India. They suppress all evidence which points to origin of science from India. When Britishers came to India they invented Aryan invasion theory [1500BC]. This was to discredit Indian [VEDIC] civilization. They demonized Sanskrit, even banned Sanskrit reading. Ancient Indian history and cultural heritage was declared Myth. They ingrained in our minds that Aryans came to India from central Asia and established a civilized India. This Aryan invasion theory stands now debunked. It is proved now that Aryans were Indian people and were founders of two great civilizations---Vedic civilization and Indus valley civilization. When Britishers left in 1947 they divided country into two. They also left behind handful of British trained beauracrates whose job was to carry British legacy and British laws. These British cronies continued to ridicule Indian customs and traditions. They also created a class of people with leftist tendencies. Divide and rule policy of British was continued by these leftist intellectuals. Net result of this was that instead of uniting India they were involved in further division of India. Wearing of saree is viewed by west as selling Hindu ideology. Various organizations in west supporting vegetarianism and Veganism are projected as compassionate and animal lovers but when a Hindu talks of vegetarian diet he is labelled by western press as “Hindu Nationalist”. Such is prejudice of west towards India.  In their efforts to down play India they are now helped by various political groups especially congress. These political groups want to rule country by using religion, poverty and caste as tools to achieve their objectives. These politicians in order to lure people have appeasement policy in the form reservation, allowing Madrassas to teach extremist Islam , offering citizenship to illegal immigrants , Free ratio etc.  They do it to get votes and to remain in power. Most of the appeasement policies of these political parties are against the spirit of constitution. This vote bank policy is costing nation its integrity and unity.

Muslims of India:--

It is a irony Indian Muslim instead of owning country is talking of his DNA matching with invaders like Timur , Ghazni etc. He is being taught in Madrassas that he cannot be ruled by nonmuslim. It is important to understand mind set of Indian muslim. Reader is advised to read book of Dr BR Ambedkar—“Pakistan or partition of India” on this issue. Below are some excerpts of this book:--

   “   Muslims of India do not call India as their motherland.

         Muslim has loyalty to Ummah[Islamic brotherhood] and does not believe in universal brotherhood.

        Muslim should be loyal to religion, not to nation they live.

         Muslims are against social reforms, feel their social order is perfect

         Muslims believe that they are truthful and intellectuals. This is despite the fact that their contribution in Science is nearly zero.

       Muslim should not be interested in politics but religion alone. In order to achieve their goals they can go to any extent.              

         These Muslims made various irrational demand in 1939.Some of them were:--

     50% reservation in legislature despite their low population.

    No bandbajja in front of mosque.

       Allow Cow slaughter.”
      Ambedkar even highlighted social evils in Muslim social order like child  marriage,Intolerance,Fanatical adherence to faith , position of women in Islam and Polygamy.

  Ultimately  demands of Muslims ended in partition of India, their cherished goal. Secularism and democracy are not their cup of tea. Instead these things are antithesis of Muslim goals. They have no respect for Hindu, call him “Kafir” ,a derogatory word. They know little about other religions, yet call their religion Supreme, even ultimate. They do not carry much respect for other religions, yet demand respect for their religion. Religion and Ideology go hand in hand in Islam. They are ready to take pass ports of western countries, even marry their daughters and then label western countries “Evil countries”. This is the height of hypocrisy they indulge in to suite their interests. Muslims refuse to join mainstream of country they live and yet demand rights in name of religion. Now and then they raise demands in name of religion:--

1.       They oppose uniform civil code in India but have accepted it in West, Australia.

2.       They project Burqa as one of the basic tenants of Islam in India. Same Burqa in Saudi Arabia where sharia laws are in force is prohibited in Mecca. If burqa were basic tenant, would Saudia dare to prohibit it in Mecca? A case of double standards.

3.       There is no mention of beef and COW in Al Quran, yet in India they are making cow slaughter a issue, ignoring sentiments of majority .

4.       Mosque relocations are done in Islamic world without any fuss. In India they tried to make a case that Mosque is basic tenant of Islam. When mosque is not regarded a basic tenant in Muslim world why make a case here?  Pure misleading tactics.

Recent events in country particularly New Delhi are an eye opener for all of us. They agitated, indulged in riots under the garb of CAA protest. In this they were equally helped by Congress party and our Lutyen press. They misled masses by telling them that by CAA implementation they will lose citizenship.  A pure lie. CAA offers citizenship and does not deprive any one of his citizenship.

With this set of mind of Muslims of India one has seriously to ponder on this issue for better future of nation.Muslim politics is clerical. None of the secular categories of life have any role in Islam.

Conclusion:--

Whole Muslim world is ganging up against India, supporting Indian Muslims in name of Ummah. West has its own selfish reasons to undermine India. No one even in western world talks of Ottoman empires brutalities around globe, Timur families’ barbarism in India but they talk of Intolerance and genocide of Muslims in India. In reality Indian Muslim enjoys full benefits of democracy which none of muslim countries has. Whole muslim world including West protested against CAA despite it being internal matter of country. Every country has its own laws including immigration. CAA was projected as antimuslim and protests were organized. This was done to undermine and defame Modi govt. West is still obsessed with Aryan invasion theory and ignores ancient Indian civilization. They want to tell world that they are founders of human civilization. We need to have policy to correct mind set of both Muslim world and Western world. We need to emphasize to Muslims to own country they live in and abide by state law [constitution]. Muslims of India need to acknowledge that they are Hindu converts and not descendants of Timur. Misconceptions about Hinduism and ancient India need to be cleared. These misconceptions were created by West as it suited them both politically and religiously. Muslims are far safer in India than in any part of world. Appeasement policies towards minorities need to be scrapped. Appeasement may get some votes but at the cost of nation’s unity. We drum beat unity in diversity slogan in India but do very little to strengthen unity of country. We Indians need to take pride in our past and heritage. So long as we don’t take pride in our customs and traditions we will be losers. We need to explain to whole world about India’s contribution in shaping this world.

By this doctrine India can belong to Muslims only when they rule it. India ceases to be land of Muslims when not rulers.

     Then a pertinent question comes----Is this doctrine compatible with Indian democracy and Secularism we preach?

                      Answer  is -----NO.

With this political set of mind of Muslims, how should we handle Secularism and democracy? One needs to read book of B R Ambedkar---“Pakistan or partition of India” on this issue. Muslims have already divided this country in to three and a section of them want further division of this country. Take statement of Imam, asking Muslims to block road in ASSAM to cut North East from INDIA. Analyze statements of Muslim leaders like Waris , OWAISI AND OTHERS WHO OPENLY challenge GOI.  A agitation has been started in country on nonexistent NRC. There is willful twisting of CAA , NPR and Muslims are told to agitate against union of India for its antimuslim law. People are told CAA will deprive them of citizenship which is a fabricated Lie. CAA grants citizenship, does not take away citizenship. Whole idea of agitation is to polarize and divide India again. There are Muslim leaders who say we are descendants of Timur , Babar , Ghazni . By this they are telling masses that we were rulers and we should rule again.  In this effort they are helped by clergy too. Darul-uloom-Deoband has called Modi anti muslim and has told Muslims in India to oppose GOI  tooth and nail.

                     Behavior of Muslims in India has been irrational in past and continues till now. Instead of voluntarily surrendering land for RAM temple at AYODHYA  they made a issue out of it.  Relocation of mosque should have been no issue as mosque is not basic tenant of Islam. Ayodhya temple is one of the pillars of Hinduism, and Muslims ignored Hindu sentiments on this. They want us to be sensitive on religious issues but themselves are not sensitive on other religions beliefs. So many mosques have been built over temple sites and Muslims are proud of this heritage. Muslims make issue of Beef in India. There is no mention of beef in AL Quran. Beef is one of the tenants of Hinduism, yet they ignore it.  This is pure arrogance and Dadagiri.This is happening because we Hindus are too tolerant. No Muslim scholar/ politician is admonishing them for their behavior. There is a big Irony,  some  muslim intellectuals are telling that Hindus are becoming intolerant. Just because you dislike BJP , you have no right to destroy country. This behavior is not acceptable.

                         The amount of freedom Indian Muslim enjoys is unparalled in whole world. They don’t have that much freedom even in Muslim countries. Yet they talk about human right violation. Their leaders are dead silent on ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri pundits in valley but talk of internet facilities in valley. They are dead silent on how minorities are treated in Pakistan and Bangla Desh but talk on settling Rohingya in India. How would you label this mentality of Muslims of India?

   Pakistan founder Jinnah said, “Aurangzeb presided over a conquest state where Hindus had to submit to his rule unwillingly”. Muslims of India do not acknowledge it  as they don’t want to be projected as bad people in country.

While in Islam   religion and politics are inseparable, in India we have separated two for better governance. Aurangzeb in 1669AD issued order to destroy all temples in India which included Kashivishvanath temple in Varanasi , Somnath temple in Gujarat. Tons of literature including Holy Scriptures were burnt. Yet Muslims call him devote and pious Muslim. Mohd Bin Qasim decapitated all Brahmins above the age of 17 years. Ghazni looted and destroyed Somnath temple. Mass killings by Timur, Babar ,Aurangzeb  , even Akbar are documented by Muslim historians of the day . Yet Muslims in India tell us Islam believes in brotherhood and respect for other religions.

   As a society we should be ashamed to blindly believe that Sufi’s were proponents of humanity and tolerance. Infact many Sufi’s presided over demolition of temples and built mosques at temple site. Some of the Sufi edicts were as follows:--

     “  Hindus should bow physically to muslim.

        Hindu to dress deplorably, have distinct dress.

        Hindu cannot ride horse and use jewelry.

        Hindu cannot wear turban.”

THOUSAND OF HINDUS VISIT MUSLIM SHRINES LITTLE KNOWING THAT THESE HOLY MEN WORKED IN TANDEM  with Muslim rulers to impose Islam in India. India gave refuge to Prophet’s family who were fleeing their country, chief among them was Caliph  Ali ‘s daughter Ruqaya. They were given shelter by Lahore king Raja Anandpal. Ironically no Muslim shielded Anandpal when Muslim invaders raided India. This is height of ingratitude. Arrogance of Muslims  has not ended even after partitioning India.

     With above brief historical review and mind set of Indian Muslim, it is hard to believe they believe in peace. For them India is Dar-ul-Harb [Abode of war]. Instead of being grateful for freedom they enjoy in this country they are bent upon to split it further. Muslims of India owe a apology to Hindus for all what they have done to us and country.

     Dadagiri of Muslim clergy needs to be stopped. Madrassas need to teach history of ancient India and fundamentalism in their teachings needs to be stopped. Muslims of India need to own this country and help in building and strengthening democracy and secularism. Muslims need to change Muslim canon law. They should talk in terms of democracy and respect for other religions.

  Lastly, Muslims of India should accept that they are Hindu converts. If they continue to harp on foreign origin then we have every right to treat them as invaders. Muslims of India have to decide—“”-Indian  natives or foreigner”.

India---LAND OF DIVISIVE FORCES

If we peruse history of India one can easily see how a liberal society who were seeking “TRUTH “with open mind slowly drifted into closed minded society. Vedic people were not Idol worshippers. Idol worship came afterwards [Buddhists time]. Varna system based on profession was downgraded to caste system based on birth. This was done by greedy Brahmins to keep hold on society. This destroyed the social fabric---A concept of high and low caste came into existence. Low castes were treated badly and became untouchables—“courtesy Brahmins”. Once declared outcastes they were discriminated and treated inhumanly. It is this inhuman treatment of SC which forced them to get converted to Islam. Greedy Kshatriyas who were envious of their neighbor’s prosperity joined hands with Muslim invaders. In the process of their friendship with Muslim invaders they not only lost their kingdom but their wives too. It is this mix of SC maltreatment at the hands of Brahmins and Kshatriya character that Muslim rule got established in India. Muslim rulers with help of Sufi’s enforced conversion, destroyed temples and destroyed cultural heritage of India. Those who resisted conversion were brutally killed. This Muslim rule was followed by British rule. Britisher’s demonized Indian culture, called Indian ancient history Myth and banned Sanskrit. For information of reader Sanskrit is only language on this Earth which is computer friendly.  Divide and rule was policy of British.Net result of British rule was marginalization of India’s culture. Indians started feeling low of themselves.

         India had glorious civilization when whole world was in dark ages. West even today is not ready to accept that.  There is a ton of proof of that civilization even today.                                                                         So long as we are ashamed of owning our roots, we will be loosers.

      Independence and after:-

            Congress in connivance with Jinnah decided to partition India on religious lines. Chief reason for partition was—“Nehru could not tolerate Jinnah”. Gandhi told minorities of Pakistan that India will stand for them, visavis –Rights and religious freedom. Congress[d1]  instead of consolidating Indian union started playing vote politics---“ A muslim league agenda which partitioned India”. Muslims in India were told they will be safe only if they vote for congress. Nehru coined a word Secularism. Secularism in real sense means “Tolerate all religions” but for Nehru it had different meaning—“WE tolerate all religions even if they don’t tolerate our religion”. This definition created fissures in Hindus and Muslims. We could not build Ram temple despite there being instances in Muslim world of mosque relocation.  Mosque is not basic tenant of Islam. Another word was coined—“Minorities first, Minorities last”. This pampering of muslims coupled with fundamentalist teaching in Madrassas sowed seeds for Hindu Muslim conflicts in free India. West educated intellectuals continued British legacy and treated common man as their stooge. Political parties in India mushroomed for selfish motives. Interests of nation took back seat. Self projection became order of day. Self-styled intellectual group took it upon itself to dictate govt of day, how to rule. These so called libertarian intellectuals decided to assert and wanted their writ to run ignoring voice of people and even parliament. For this they  are funded by foreign agencies. Sole idea to discredit govt of day and help divisive elements. In the name of freedom of speech they would support antinationals , even question SC judgements. Take case of Afzal Guru. In his favour agitations were launched in JNU and elsewhere and antinationals were given free hand to cause disruption. No party/leader , even media questioned actions of these libertarians and antinational elements.  SC of India remained mute spectator when its judgement was questioned in streets. This is the state of affairs country reached and there is no stopping to it.. These leftist intellectuals even joined hands with fundamentalists to topple govt of day. These urban Naxalites invent every day something to protest and defame country. BJP is not acceptable to them as it stopped its funds plus BJP did not succumb to their pressure tactics. They label BJP communal party but it self-joined hands with muslim league to form govt in Kerala.It is interesting that leftist want freedom of speech while in their party dissent is not allowed. There is no  leftist country where there is freedom of speech , yet leftists want freedom of speech in India. What a irony! By and large India today is dominated by leftist media, also called Luteyen press.BJP has been treating all communities/religions on equal footing, yet is labelled communal party. On the other hand communists and Luteyen press have joined hands to pursue divisive agenda. These so called intellectuals with help of parties like Congress, Trinamool and communists are super heading disinformation campaign in country to discredit govt of day. Despite good work done by present govt it is labelled , antipoor , antifarmer. GDP of India hovered around $2 trillion in last 70 years. In last 5 years it has jumped to$2.9 trillion.                           All opposition in India has only one agenda—“Modi Hatao”. For this they can play any dirty tricks. Take the case of CAA. AntiCAA demonstrations organized by Congress party and Leftists provoking Muslims of India that by enactment of this act they stand to lose citizenship. Act nowhere says these things but opposition want Muslims to believe them. This disinformation is highly dangerous for nation. Our Luteyen press and so called intellectuals are either silent or covertly supporting this agitation. This is character of our free press.

    Let us go deeper in history on this issue. GOI headed by congress issued advisory  in 1964 granting long term visa for Sikhs  and Hindus coming from Pakistan. This was in consonance with congress stand on minorities of Pakistan protecting their rights including freedom to travel to India. Later in 1966,1971 , 1978 and 1984 not only was this reinforced but a advisory by home ministry to states,”Not to deport Sikhs and Hindus of Pakistan” In 1997 ,1999 and 2010 even citizenship was offered to Sikhs and Hindus of Pakistan. Later Christians were added to this list. This all was done by congress. How come what was right then  is wrong now? Opposition wants you to add muslims in this list. Point is, Pak , Bangla desh and Afghanistan are Muslim nations and there is no question of persecution of Muslims in these countries on religious grounds. If PAK, Bangladeshi wants to acquire Indian citizenship, then why the hell did he opt for partition of country? Country needs to have live debate on this issue. It is because minorities are persecuted on religious grounds that India is offering them citizenship. Does opposition want all Muslims around world who face persecution be given Indian citizenship? What a disgusting logic to oppose CAA.No one in world is talking about persecution of minorities in Pakistan and Bangladesh but everyone  is talking of curtailment of freedom in Kashmir. Population of minorities in these countries has gone down from 30% to 3% and no body including our press talks about it. Everybody focused on one point—“human rights in Kashmir”. In this band wagon to oppose GOI  now Turkey , Malaysia and some European lawmakers have joined. See for yourself treatment of minorities in these countries, yet they are ready to give us lectures. Reason is simple ---Our opposition  are  ready to play ball for power. THESE countries need to be told—“Mind your business, don’t interfere in our internal matters”. We should not shy away from discussing human right violation of minorities in Pak  and Bangla desh. Raise these issues in international forums. Can we ask all opposition leaders two questions:-

                         1. What was right till 2012, why is it wrong now?

                         2. When country got partitioned on religious grounds, what is logic of offering Indian citizenship to Muslims of PAK and Bangla Desh?

When NRC is in all countries why it should not be in India too? Parliamentary committee headed by Pranab Mukerjee gave report favouring NRC. In this committee among others was Kapil Sibal , noted lawyer. Chidambaram should answer before lamblasting BJP on other issues. Just because BJP has shown willingness to introduce NRC ,it needs to be opposed. This country is running on absurd logics. NPR has been in country for last 70 years , why now opposition. Disinformation is being spread that GOI  will use NPR data to revoke citizenship of individuals. This is real fantasy—Pure absurdity.

   In this whole process of disinformation, sole motto is to cause fear in Muslims of India. Muslims of India need to understand that their citizenship stands guaranteed by constitution and no govt of day can revoke it.Not only is this disinformation  causing panic but ugly are raising their heads. Take case of IMAM who asked muslims of India to block Assam highway so that North East of India gets cut off from main land. Then there is Shaheen Bagh blockade. All this points to only one thing—Disrupt and divide India. Press of India instead of coming to rescue of GOI  is adding fuel to this fire. Reason is simple- Free press of India is funded and guide by foreign agencies. They cannot displease their masters. No leader/ intellectual in country has opposed Imam or Shaheen Bagh blockade. It is interesting to note that both congress and Akali Dal have opposed CAA. Does this mean GOI should not offer citizenship to Sikhs coming from across border? Sikhs of India need to decide on this issue

   Judiciary of India is normally active but in this case is just “Silent spectator”. Our courts are driven by Abrahamic morality and Macaulayan rules. They are ready to interfere in religious matters of Hindus but not in other religions. They take cognizance of Sikh riot victims but refuse to hear plea of Kashmiri pundit on his genocide and loss of property. They call on GOI for compensation for flood victims of Kashmiri muslim but no such direction to GOI to compensate KP for the losses he suffered in migration.

   With this type of scenario in country it is hard to see how India comes out of this crisis.

Conclusion:--

      It needs a strong leader to take nation out of this crisis. We all talk of Unity in diversity but do nothing to reinforce Unity. We need to integrate nation , build strong India. Jaichand’s of today need to be punished in fast track courts. Freedom of speech and Secularism need to be redefined and Media made responsible. Foreign agencies working against nation need to dealt effectively. People supporting antinational elements need to be cornered. Any one talking nonsense needs to punished. Universities like JNU , AMU , Jamia , Jadavpur need to be reigned in. No antinational activity allowed in universities.

WE can survive only if nation survives. In the name of freedom dissent of division needs to be check mated. Too much of dissent for nothing is fodder for nation breaking elements.
