My friend sent me mail,”Deep slumber of Hindus”. In that mail he cautioned if won’t act now, we will be refugees in our country in next 25-50 years. It is true we only talk and do nothing to correct our selves and history. Let me here quote, Napolean ,”Silence of good people kills more than violence of bad people”. How true for our people! We tolerate antination slogans and even terrorist groups in name of free speech. We allow writers/scholars of JNU  to distort history and even religious books in name freedom to write. We tell committees to revise text books but with no historical references, reason not to hurt Muslims. So we teach our children concocted history. Various so called scholars translate our religious texts keeping in mind what  sponsors want them to write. There never has been even a meek protest when courts interfered with our faith. What we teach is a bundle of lies and distorting Hindu sacred books has become way of life. Day in and out we are told by these puppet scholars that our ancient past is myth . Our religious books are manipulated in such a way that even a devotee starts getting doubts.Net result is that we are made to believe that our rituals, tradition and customs have no base. It is pure tribalism. This all is done in name of freedom of speech and tolerance. Mind you that you have no such leverage if you start questioning other religious practices---‘Then secularism is in danger.” We readily ban books if it interferes with faith of particular religion but have never banned book hurting Hindu sentiments.  When some one wrote on Mumbai blast ,”RSS KI SAZISH” NO  one in whole country said a word against book because it was written by a Muslim. This is the type of inertia we have in this country. You are told to be tolerant but same does not apply to other religious groups. COURTS in India easily tell you to relocate Idols/temples but no such orders issued to relocate mosque. This is how judiciary plays with Hindu sentiments. Even a foreigner wrote, why Indian courts don’t consult Hindu religious leaders before passing judgement on religious issues. Babri case is in  courts of India  since 1950 yet SC does not feel it is  necessary to expedite case.

 Congress govt in 1993 is reported to have submitted affidavit in SC telling court, “If ASI CONFIRMS EXISTENCE of Temple prior to mosque GOI  will allow Temple construction at site. ASI has since confirmed existence of Temple at site . What prevents SC to give judgement on this case? For SC Rafale deal , urban naxalism , Adultery ,Zakia Jaffery case are priority. This shows type of judicial system we have to face in our lives. Then there are politicians , media men and writers who systematically are distorting facts and are sowing seeds of dissent in country. Britishers invented invasion theory to delegitimize our past civilization and now  puppet scholars are busy translating Hindu religious books subject to their own interpretation. Latest to join this bandwagon is Devdutt Patnaik. Dev Dutt wants you to believe that Ramayana and Mahabharata are just stories. He says they are not historical but part of mythology. This is what Macaulay wanted Indians to believe. FOR the information of Dev Dutt and people like him I want to tell them there is enough proof now that Ramayana and Mahabharata were historical. Using planetarium soft ware Bhatnagar dates Lord Rama 5114BC, WAR 5076BC. Professor Achar of Memphis University using star positions mentioned in Bhagwat Puran dates Mahabharata 3067BC. David Frawley puts 6500—3100BC, PERIOD FOR EARLY Vedic civilization. Sanderson Beck dates Ramayana and Mahabharata between 12000—10000. BBLal , historian puts Krishna between 5700BC---1400BC. Even Varahimira puts Mahabharata war at 2449BC . Ram Setu  is  not a geographical event but man made  bridge. This bridge is still there but submerged in water. True lot of puranic stories got attached with main historical events . So EPICS we have today is mix of history and Puranic stories. Even subsequent authors added their own stuff to make Epics IMMORTAL. It needs a real scholar to separate main historical story from Puranic stories. With authoritative statements by experts about historicity of Ramayana and Mahabharata,  should we still believe people like Dev dutt and other India bashers? There are writers like Ashis ,  Meera Nanda and many others who say Vedic science is Pseudoscience , full of superstitions. This is despite the fact that West now acknowledges that Science and Math originated from India. This is the type of mischievous scholarship we see in present India. Such authors are both funded from inside and outside. Devdutt claims himself an authority on Puranas and other Hindu literature. He has published lot of books and even hosted  TV programme, “Devlok”. Let us peruse his book “My Gita”. This book is full of inaccuracies, faulty etymology and distortions . Following will give some ideas of his  Scholarship:--

 From this it is clear his meaning of words is far away from Vedic interpretation of these words.

 He calls Brahman—expansion of mind. By this definition, “I have expanded mind” means Iam realized one . A total wishful  thinking! He even misinterprets Bhagwat Puran events—“ Kunti and Gandhari in competition for children”. This is insulting to characters of Mahabharata. He said in a interview with HT that Hanuman Chalisa is for Brahmins. His work not only is distorted, flawed but toxic too. He has been seen in company of India bashers, has Brahmin phobia and distorts facts to please himself and his sponsors. There was one Devdutt in history , cousin of Budhha who made many attempts to kill Budhha but failed. We have modern times Devdutt ready to distort our sacred book teachings but we will fail him. His interpretations are absurd.  In scholarship of our Vedic literature he compares himself to Adi Shankaracharya. His imagination is really wild.

  With this type of scholarship, supported by corrupt political system and judicial system we inherited it is hard to believe whether true history will ever be taught to our children. We will continue to be fooled by words like “Secularism, Tolerance”etc. We lack both individual and national character. We do not react and act. We have developed a psyche that let others do for us. This is a stupid way of living. What a shame for a country which gave humans first civilization. Science originated from here, yet today we borrow it from outside world. It is time either to raise voice against injustice being done to Hindus in India or be prepared for another round of Slavery.
